Àlex Farreras holds an MA in Philosophy, an MS in Engineering and an INSEAD MBA. He is also a compulsive reader of classic literature, boring non-fiction books, an FC Barcelona fan and father of 3 kids. And when he was successfully working as an operations executive in a leading multinational, he took a sabbatical break. This gave him perspective, lots of perspective. He realised that:
